This week I received all my materials for the hydroponics experiment. I quickly the remaining pieces of the hydroponics experiment. (It was 94% preassembled by someone else.)  Everything went exactly as planned. After assembling the tower, I added 68.22 liters of deionized water and checked to make sure the pump was operating efficiently. I added the rest of the nutrients to the tank. Adjusted the pH and then planted seeds. I decided to put the tower in an area that students could view the progress of my project. When I visit the tower, I have entertained questions from fellow students. Although, this is only a part of my project it is exciting to talk about science to people that have not given science a chance….yet…
